[NEW HAVEN, CT] — On Friday afternoon, Mayor Justin Elicker will join developers Clay Fowler, Chairman & CEO of Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, and Darren Seid, President & Founder of Epimoni, along with other project, city, elected officials to celebrate the construction of Twenty Fair, a new 168-unit apartment complex in the Wooster Square neighborhood.
Steps away from the State Street Train Station, the new six-story, mixed-used, transit-oriented development will feature 168 market-rate units, including studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, along with 1,400 square feet of retail and restaurant space, on-site resident parking, and a new public plaza and pedestrian-bicycle greenway to help further connect Wooster Square to Downtown and the Hill. In total, the project represents a $60 million investment in the neighborhood and is expected to be complete by summer 2026.
The project is the latest in the City’s ongoing efforts to create 10,000 new housing units over the next decade, and to create more walkable, livable, and economically vibrant neighborhoods for Elm City residents.
