New Haven, Conn., July 20, 2023 – Albertus Magnus College is pleased to welcome Jason C. Riendeau as its new Director of Admissions beginning July 24. Riendeau brings more than 15 years of admissions experience in undergraduate, graduate, and international recruiting and operations – most recently serving at the University of New Haven. At Albertus, he will oversee all aspects of the recruitment and admissions process for the College’s traditional undergraduate program.
“Jason is a seasoned professional and joins Albertus at a very exciting time,” said Vice President for Enrollment Management Brian Fernandes. “The last seven graduating classes have achieved at least 95% success rates in gaining employment or continuing their education within six-months of receiving their diploma and our new students will build upon that momentum.
“Looking ahead, the College is adding new majors, a Women’s Ice Hockey Team, and it’s preparing to celebrate its 100th Anniversary – what a great time to be at Albertus,” shared Riendeau.
A resident of Orange, Conn., Riendeau earned his AS and BS in Criminal Justice; and his MPA in Public Administration,
Personnel, and Labor Relations from the University of New Haven.
